Shadow Puppet Museum
       Shadow Puppet Museum of the Cultural Affairs Bureau of Kaohsiung County is the only museum of shadow puppet in Taiwan. The five remaining traditional shadow puppet groups in Taiwan are all based in Kaohsiung County. Shadow puppet is the specialty of Kaohsiung County while the Museum of Shadow Puppet is the breeding ground of shadow puppet performance.
 Shadow Puppet Museum is divided into several areas. The Theme Hall introduces the history of shadow puppet in Taiwan and is equipped with audio guide system. The Feature Exhibition Hall presents brief history, development status, and special features of the five remaining shadow puppet groups in Taiwan. Feature Exhibition Area displays the domestic and foreign collections of shadow puppets and the Museum's special collections. The collections on display in Feature Exhibition Area are rotated irregularly while the collections in the Theme Hall and the Feature Exhibition Hall are displayed on a long-term basis.
